Orion Bloomfield ’24

Orion Bloomfield '24

Voice Part: Bass
Pronouns: He/Him/His
Concentration: Computer Science

Orion Bloomfield, Class of 2024, is from central New Jersey (if that exists), and is the newest edition to our favorite species of glasses-wearing-tallboi Keys. Orion is thinking of studying “a little bit” of computer science, but is a well-rounded, self-proclaimed nerd loving everything from high-stakes puzzle competitions to deep conversations. Orion says “I could vibe check myself with a bunch of animals” and aspires to identify as a narwhal or dolphin, but resonates the most profoundly with Roddy St. James, the pampered rat protagonist in Flushed Away, and Linguini from Ratatouille. Orion’s musical journey has brought him quite a long way, from touring the US with his middle school choir, to inadvertently meeting Billie Eilish in a workshop before she became famous, to maintaining one VERY long Youtube playlist with every song he has ever loved (no Spotify or Apple Music for this guy)! He’s even capable of throat singing overtones, so stay tuned for a one-man show of Orion singing his resonant baritone notes AND every other Keys part simultaneously :’)
